Remote key flip blade Volvo S60/V70/S80/XC70/XC90 (NE66)

Remote key flip section for Volvo S60/V70/S80/XC70/XC90 models. With the new shell you can repair the broken flip function of an old remote key. You can machine a new key blade or transfer the old key blade into the new plastic part.

Replacement work: The blade part of the shell is originally glued in place. The new flip section must also be glued together so that the key does not fall apart in use. Because of the gluing, you must be careful when removing the immobilizer chip located in the flip section of the old key. The glass immobilizer chip breaks easily. Use a fine saw to open the shell and a solvent to remove the glass chip (it is glued in place).

Repair service: If you do not want to change the new shell yourself, or if there is another fault with the key, you can send the key to us for repair (contact details).
