Payment and delivery

In store you can pay by debit or credit card or with cash (Helsinki). In the online store you pay by card through Stripe: after placing your order you receive a secure Stripe payment link to complete the payment. Approved contract customers can also pay on account by invoice.

Packages are collected from our premises daily at 14:00. We try to handle orders within the same day.

You can send keys to us for repair by post. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, such as a tracked express letter. If you are sending larger packages, such as immobiliser units or locks, please make sure the shipment is delivered all the way to us and not to a parcel locker. For work sent by post, we send a payment link once the work is complete and dispatch it immediately after payment. Always remember to include the car's details for warranty purposes and your own contact details for the return and payment.
